Replacement & Returns

You have 14 days money back guarantee from the day you recive your goods if the goods are still in the same state as when delivered to you. Applies to sale aswell. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping and that the returns arrive to us in a good conditionYou must notify us by email, letter or telephone that the return is awaited. First after we have controlled and approved the goods, we will transfer the money back in to your bankaccount, normally within 4-5 working days.

The unauthorized returned goods will be sent back and you will be charged for the postage. 


If a product is faulty or wrong delievered we stand for the return shipping. We first try to replace the goods and if not possibly you will get your money back first after we have recived and approved the goods. If unapproved the goods will be sent back to you and you will be charged for the postage. Complaints and returns can not be sent by Cash on Delivery.

Any mistake or defect in your shipment shall be reported promptly and in a reasonable time to our customerservice. Save all packaging and labelsYou should not bail out a package that you see is damaged, even if you think that the contents survived. Ordered but not collected
packages will be charged a return postage.
